Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for us, allowing us to stay connected with our friends and family back home. we had a great night's sleep thanks to the amenities provided.

The hotel was very safe, and I felt comfortable leaving my bags in their care. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering great value for the money. It truly felt like staying with a wonderful family, and I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to this city.

We were delighted with the fact that they offered us a taxi service from the airport, which saved us the hassle of finding transportation. their tour packages for Sapa and Ha Long Bay were not only fantastic but also much cheaper compared to other options we found. We highly recommend taking advantage of their great deals! Lastly, the guest house's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the lively Bia Hoi beer corner, the beautiful lake, and the nearby Long Bien station.

The manager, Anna, was fantastic and provided us with an upgrade upon learning about our long bus journey. She was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the city and helped us book our tour to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast at the hotel was good with plenty of options, and the coffee was great. The laundry service was efficient, and the WiFi connection was strong. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a bathtub in the bathroom. The other members of staff were also friendly and helpful.

She also organized a Halong trip and bus to Sapa at a great price and with excellent quality. I highly recommend this hotel.
